Ancestral Healing Meditation - Week One
Dec 08, 2022During this huge shift in global consciousness, my guides have been nudging me to do ancestral healing. It’s key to clearing old shadows. Then two oracle cards started coming up, winter and ancestral healing. That gives us the ‘time’, winter, and confirms the ‘what’, ancestral healing.
We’ve entered the shortest days of the year leading up to the Winter Solstice and Advent, so the timing is perfect.
We’ll do four meditations:

Week 2 Ancestral healing for Love 12/11
Week 3 Ancestral healing for Joy 12/18
